- provide strategy on what elements to include
- develop messaging and manage timelines
- coordinate printing and creative design
- provide hands on relationship approach with those at your ministry on the front lines doing development
- offer talking points and strategy for donor meetings and facilitate presentations
Donor Communication "Touching Point" Strategy
- storyboard standard ministry communications (eNews, hard-mail newsletters, appeal letters)
- develop “unique” strategic communications for major donors
- provide selection criteria for mailings to optimize return on expense
Founders' Weekend & Special “Vision-Casting” Events
- venue identification and contract negotiation
- materials preparation (storyboard, writing, design and print)
- invite strategy & program development
- follow-up strategy – donor cultivation
